If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.
